At MOTION we offer a range of training to suit our broad range of establishments needs. This includes training for training for Nursery, Primary and Secondary practitioners, as well as LEA’s, MAT’s, ITT providers and cluster schools.
CPD and training for school based staff
Across our work we have often found colleagues referring to teaching Dance as something ‘scary’, that they believe they ‘are not that good at’ or ‘couldn’t possibly teach well’. We believe that every teacher has the capacity to be a passionate and effective teacher of Dance, with the support of outstanding resources, key practical skills and that bit of self belief. Our courses are designed to build up colleagues confidence and provide them with an army of tools to effectively implement good dance teaching the very next day. We are experienced in leading a range of CPD training, with groups of schools & LEA’s, and pride ourselves on delivering courses which allow links to be made with wider curriculum foci, such as global learning or social history.
We also offer bespoke in-house training for MAT’s, individual or cluster schools to ensure the delivery matches your specific establishments needs.
